If you need to lose manboobs then you should avoid xenoestrogens, which are estrogen mimicking chemicals.
Over exposure to detergents (including some kinds of shower gel) and plastics (drinking from plastic water bottles) is what can cause estrogen levels to increase.
Xenoestrogens are also found in food, including vegetables that have been in contact with pesticides and fertilizers.
